This role is 5x8hr shifts Mon-Fri, and the clinic needs someone who can show up on time and as scheduled to provide excellent patient care.

• About: PacMed 65+ Health Center is a primary care model (clinic within a clinic) serving our elderly patients (age 62 and up), we are starting with 2 clinicians, and will need 2 MAs (standard MA workflow, working to the top of their scope) to help support the program. Value-based care, team model, goal is to minimize hospital admits/emergency department utilization for our complex patients.
