Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) is preferred, but will review Medical Assistant-Registered (MA-R) candidates. Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist (MA-P) and Medical Assistant-Hemodialysis Technician (MA-HT) will be redirected.This position is open to LOCAL and NON-LOCAL candidates.This is a TEMP TO HIRE opportunity. Clinic currently has multiple open FTE, so if a candidate wants to stay on permanently and is a good fit, clinic may consider an offer at the end of the contract.

Family Medicine Medical Assistant (MA) - Seattle, WA

• Schedule: 4x9.5hr (07:45 - 17:00 / Mon, Wed, Thur, Fri) + 1x4hr (08:30
• 12:30 / Tues), OFF WEEKENDS
• Experience: 6 months of experience working as an MA in an adult / pediatric outpatient or family medicine clinic setting
• Skills Required: VITAL SIGNS (Height/Weight, Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG, Obtain Vital Signs, Pulse Oximetry), PREPARE FOR EXAM (Record History/Medications/Allergies), SET UP AND ASSIST WITH PROCEDURES (Pap Smear), INJECTIONS (Immunizations (including pediatrics), Intramuscular), SPECIMEN COLLECTION (Labeling of specimens), PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE (Administering Medication)
