The cancelled shifts must be the regular shift length to which the Contractor Personnel is assignedSpecial Requirements: The radiation oncology department serves a vast number of patients from pediatric through adult that have been diagnosed with some form of cancer. Patients are seen for consultation, treatment, and follow up.The medical assistant role aides patients through their care during follow up. They work collaboratively with nurses, physicians, and other providers through the department. They perform but are not limited to rooming activities, vital signs, scheduling appointments and assisting patients while in the department.

We are open Monday through Friday from 7-530. No weekends or holidays. Shifts are 8 hour days with a Friday rotation that requires MA to stay until 5:30 on that day.

If you are working a straight night shift: If you are working straight night shift, there is no charge for parking, and you may park in the employee parking (you will receive parking information during orientation)." If you will be working a day/night rotation: you will have to obtain a parking pass for which there is afee per month. The garage that you will be parking in will be Clayton/Taylor Ave location. Bring your license plate number with you on your first day.
