Medical Assistant-Mohs Surgical Team-Pt-Dermatology-Provo

Position Summary: Our practice is looking for an experienced medical assistant to work with our busy surgical team in both our Provo and Lehi locations. We need an individual who can prioritize tasks, has great customer service skills, and the ability to focus on the details. Being able to strengthen patient relationships is a must, as this team assists with Mohs surgeries. Our team members work well together but must also be able to work independently and be well organized to ensure a smooth workflow.

Essential Job Functions: - Assist with medical procedures- Wrap/sterilize tools- Scribe- Schedule surgery patients- Complete maps and prep/stock rooms- Various other duties that help ensure proper care of patients and team workflow.

Qualifications: • Medical Assisting diploma and certification • Mohs/surgical tech experience • Knowledge of sterile technique • Work well in a team environment • Must have organizational and computer skills

Hours: 3 days between Monday through Thursday.
