Work schedule:

• Pediatric Pulmonology- Lake Success clinic/ Mondays 1pm- 8pm
• Pediatric Neurology- Lake Success clinic/ Tuesday- Thursday 9am- 5pm
• Neurology- Plainview or Syosset clinic/ Fridays 9am- 5pm

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide care to patients/significant others via direct and/or telephone contact, following established standards and practices
• Coordinates with other members of the care team to ensure seamless care delivery, maximal coordination of efforts, and active patient participation in planning and care
• Assists physician or other provider with clinical procedures

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of clinical experience in a medical office / clinic or hospital setting, or graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
• Proven ability to support multi-specialties across multiple locations as identified in the work schedule

Preferred Qualifications:

• Nationally Recognized Medical Assistant Certification from one of the following agencies: NAHP, NCCT, AAMA, AMT, NHA
• Experience working in a family medicine setting

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $22.00 - $27.25 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
