To excel as a Full-Time Medical Data Entry Processor at Injury Management Organization, Inc., candidates must possess a diverse set of skills and knowledge essential for the role. A strong understanding of CPT codes, ICD-9/10 codes, and medical terminology is crucial for accurately entering data from records. You should be adept at examining medical records for completeness and accuracy, displaying high proficiency in data entry with exceptional ten-key skills by touch. Strong oral and written communication abilities will facilitate effective collaboration within our team.Ideal applicants will have 2-3 years of experience in medical terminology and Texas workers' compensation claims, coupled with critical thinking skills to navigate complex billing scenarios. This combination of competencies ensures that you contribute meaningfully to our mission of delivering reliable and quality services in the healthcare industry. MUST RESIDE WITHIN THE DALLAS, TEXAS AREA!!Knowledge and skills required for the position are:Minimum 2-3 years' experience in medical terminology

Knowledge of CPT codesICD-9/10 codes

Skilled in examining medical records for completeness and accuracy

Ten-key by touch

Workers' compensation experience preferred

Oral and written communication skills

High school diploma or equivalent

Prefer some college
