Job Description
Anodyne Surgical is looking for a hands-on team member who enjoys working with precision tools and small mechanical components. In this role, you'll help fabricate and assemble specialized medical devices used in eye surgery. The work involves polishing, shaping, measuring, and assembling small parts using microscopes and precision equipment in a clean manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
Fabricate and assemble small precision components and instruments
Perform polishing, brazing, grinding, drilling, and other manual manufacturing tasks
Read and follow technical drawings and work instructions
Inspect and measure parts using microscopes, micrometers, and calipers
Shape and finish parts using buffing and grinding equipment
Operate specialized equipment such as EDM (experience helpful but can be taught)
What We're Looking For
Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small parts
Experience using precision measuring tools like micrometers and calipers
Comfortable working with microscopes or magnification equipment
Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow technical instructions
Prior manufacturing or precision assembly experience is helpful
