Job Description
In this hands-on role, you’ll work in a cleanroom environment to mold, trim, and assemble precision components used in life-saving medical devices. No prior experience required—we provide full training. If you’re detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to make a difference, we want to hear from you!
Hiring on all 3 shifts!
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in thermoplastic or silicone molding (preferred)
- Technical aptitude
- Clean room component or device level manufacturing experience
- Ability to learn and use microscope
- Ability to lift twenty pounds or more
- Ability to understand visual part aspects
- Ability to understand basic safety standards and procedures
- Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend written and verbal instructions in English
Responsibilities:
- Operate molding machine in a safe and efficient manner using designated tools
- Use of hand-held tools that are necessary
- Hand-assemble product
- Follow all start up and shut down/OPPM procedures
- Read, comprehend and perform duties as outline in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or Product Specific Standard Operating Procedure (PSOP)
- Work overtime as required
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Fine motor skills in hands/wrist and good hand/eye coordination
- Must be able to work in a cleanroom environment as assigned by management
- Good vision (with or without corrective lenses)
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs., on occasion

Pay:
- Pay Range: $18.00 - $24.00
- 2nd Shift Differential: $2.00
- 3rd Shift Differential: $4.00
- Quarterly Incentive Bonus
