Job Description

Medical Director for our Healthcare Provider Services

Compensation: $300,000 - $450,000Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability insurance and 401K with a match program.

Schedule: PTO, Monday through Friday, Hybrid

Qualifications of the Medical Director:

Medical degree (MBChB) with valid registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)
Minimum 8–10 years’ clinical experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or management role
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, clinical governance, and quality assurance standards

Responsibilities of the Medical Director:

Provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to medical standards
Develop, implement, and monitor clinical policies, protocols, and governance frameworks
Lead and support medical staff performance, including recruitment, training, and continuous professional development
