Medical Director Small Animal PracticeTulsa, OKBase Salary: $130,000$165,000 | AAHA-Accredited | Additional Medical Director Leadership Bonus | 20% Production | No Negative AccrualWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Director to lead a well-established, AAHA-accredited, Fear Free Certified small animal hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian ready to step into clinical leadership while continuing hands-on medicine in a collaborative, supportive environment.Hospital Overview

- MondayFriday: 7:30 AM 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM 1:00 PM (rotational only)
- Flexible start and finish times available
- Full-time schedule generally 4 x 10-hour shifts
- Base salary: $130,000$165,000 (depending on experience)
- Additional Medical Director bonus
- 20% production with no negative accrual
- Relocation or signing bonus available
- 3 weeks PTO plus 1 week CE time
- $3,500 annual CE allowance
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance

- DVM or equivalent degree
- Eligible for Oklahoma veterinary licensure
- Leadership or mentorship experience preferred
