Job Description

What youwill do

The Medical Education Associate coordinates the planning and execution of educational programs,thirdpartyexhibits, sponsorships, and key customer engagements. This role managesendtoendeventlogistics– including coordinating intake and submission of requests, communicating request status, securingequipmentand providing logistical communications and on-site support. This role partners withcrossfunctionaland third-party stakeholders, ensures all activities meet compliance requirements and documentation standards, and captures customer insights to help continuously improve program delivery and effectiveness.

  • Support the planning and execution of regional trade shows, congresses, medical education programs, physiciantrainings, and key customer events. 

  • Coordinate end-to-end eventlogisticsincluding venue management,,signage, agendas, attendee communications, and branded materials.

  • Manage exhibit and event operations including booth setup/takedown, vendor coordination, equipment scheduling, product ordering, shipping, inventory management, and material forecasting. 

  • Overseelogisticsfor demoequipment, andproduct delivery, return, and disposal.

  • Coordinate intake and execution of third-party exhibits, sponsorships, and educational opportunities. 

  • Ensure all events and activitiescomply withAdvaMedguidelines, healthcare regulations, corporate branding standards, anddocumentation processes. 

  • Support lead capture, post-event follow-up, reporting, budget tracking, invoice processing, and continuous improvement initiatives. 

  • Partner cross-functionallywith marketing, sales, leadership, vendors,associationsand healthcare professionals to support high-quality customer engagements and presentations. 

  • Maintain organized event materials, schedules, and communication plans while providing onsite support during events. 

  • Continuously develop knowledge of orthopedic products, healthcare marketing, and event industry best practices.

What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred

  • MBA

  • Medical technology andorhealthcare industry experience 

  • Basic understanding of event coordination, team-based work experience, excellent attention to details

  • Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication

  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines

  • Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority

  • Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies

  • Demonstratedproficiencyin Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

United States of America Pay Ranges:

  • US20: $71,900 - $100,000 USD Annual
