Medical Education Manager

Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Education Manager to lead and grow our fellowship, residency, and academic programs. You will oversee program operations, drive curriculum development, and support faculty and trainee growth, while partnering with key stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient program delivery. This is a high-impact role focused on shaping the future of hospice and palliative care by supporting the development of compassionate, highly skilled providers.

What you'll Do

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of medical education programs, including onboarding, orientation, scheduling, compliance, and performance tracking
• Design, implement, and continuously improve curriculum, evaluation tools, and learner assessments aligned with accreditation standards
• Collaborate with faculty, physicians, and partners to support program development, accreditation readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead recruitment efforts for programs, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and selection processes
• Support faculty and trainee development through training, resources, and wellness initiatives to enhance engagement and professional growth

What You'll Need

• Active RN license in the state of Florida with a BSN required
• 2+ years of experience leading or coordinating fellowship, residency, or healthcare education programs
• Experience with GME, ACGME accreditation, or clinical education program management
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to collaborate across teams and travel to multiple locations as needed
