Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, compassionate, and customer-focused individual to join as a Medical Equipment Driver & Customer Service Technician. This is a permanent, full-time position. In this role, you will be responsible for safely delivering, setting up, maintaining, and retrieving medical equipment, educating patients and caregivers on proper equipment use, and providing exceptional customer service. What You'll Do: Deliver, set up, maintain, and retrieve medical equipment Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use and safety Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare facilities Complete delivery and patient documentation Support branch operations and after-hours patient needs

Requirements: High School Diploma/GED Valid Driver's License with clean driving record 1+ year of delivery, customer service, or logistics experience preferred Healthcare/DME experience is a plus Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
