Job Description

Bright Futures Psychiatry is expanding again and looking for a passionate Medical Front Office Staff to join our team for 40 hours per week! You'll be working with our team Monday through Thursday onsite at our Northern Colorado Springs location. We are a 100% PMHNP female owned practice, founded by an Air Force Veteran. Our mission is simple: remove barriers for providers so they can focus on delivering high-quality mental healthcare.

You will find a sense of belonging that promotes collaboration between our front office associates, PMHNPs, therapists, and our various support teams. Our environment is warm and inviting to both staff and clients.

What You’ll Do:

The ideal candidate will effectively manage their front office day-to-day duties in support of established policies, goals, and objectives while promoting a positive environment for staff and clients.

Comfortable with E.H.R.
Check’s clients in/out
Collects co-pays/co-insurance
Opens/closes daily batches
Balance end of day closeout
Updates demographics (picture, address, phone number, insurance cards)
Uploads insurance cards to E.H.R.
Schedules/reschedules visits
Provides 10-minute call ahead for onsite & telehealth visits
Prepares no-show/late cancellation letters/emails
Manages technical difficulties
Manges team chats
Manages transfer calls
Manages E.H.R. messaging
Manages info emails
Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

High school degree, GED required
Ability to remain calm under pressure and with competing priorities
A working knowledge of behavioral health preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Range: $17.46-$21.34 DOE
This is a Monday through Thursday, 40 hours per week, onsite position at our Northern Colorado Springs location
