We are seeking a highly skilled and committed professional to join our dynamic team on an exciting, rotating schedule. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art clinical environment, supporting vital diagnostics in both Core Laboratory and Blood Bank services. Your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes and contribute to our shared mission of excellence in healthcare.Required Skills:

• Valid ASCP Certification and LA License
• Minimum of 2 years hospital clinical laboratory experience
• Proficiency in operating Epic LIS systems
• Experience with Transfusion Services, Trauma/MTP blood bank, and Blood Bank procedures
• Comfortable working with Trauma Level II cases and emergency blood products
• Ability to work alternating 7-day shifts (Wednesday night to Tuesday night), night shift (20:30 – 07:00)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in trauma settings and MTP protocols
• Knowledge of hospital emergency trauma protocols
• Additional certifications in blood banking or transfusion medicine
• Bilingual abilities or additional languages

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Technology, or related field
• At least 2 years of clinical laboratory experience in a hospital setting
• Prior experience with Epic LIS preferred

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work alternating on-call shifts, including weekends
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations, especially trauma and emergency blood banking
• Compliance with all OSHA and safety standards
• Must not be a first-time traveler; relevant hospital experience required

This position offers an hourly pay rate of $48.24 and includes benefits such as comprehensive medical coverage, weekly pay via direct deposit, paid sick leave, licensure, certification, travel reimbursements, and a generous referral bonus program.
