Job Title: Medical Malpractice Trial Attorney (Partner-Track)

Location: Toledo, OH — Hybrid (team generally works in office on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, more if needed)

The Ideal Candidate

3–10 years of medical malpractice litigation experience or litigation with the interest to learn, including first-chair trial experience
Proven ability to manage complex pleadings, discovery, and courtroom proceedings independently
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across practice groups
Desire to grow the firm’s medical malpractice practice and contribute to long-term client relationships
Licensed to practice in Ohio
