- Register patients and maintain accurate demographic and medical information in the EMR system.
- Verify insurance eligibility, collect co-pays, and assist with billing-related inquiries.
- Process referrals, prior authorizations, pre-certifications, and medical records requests.
- Maintain provider schedules and support daily office operations.
- Balance daily cash collections according to office procedures.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
