Position OverviewClean Team is hiring dependable Weekday Cleaning Associates for a commercial facility in Tiffin, Ohio. Team members perform routine janitorial and commercial cleaning tasks that help ensure the facility remains safe, professional, and welcoming for employees and visitors.

ResponsibilitiesDust, sweep, and mop floors to maintain clean and orderly workspaces throughout the facility

Clean and disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and other common areas following established cleaning procedures

Remove trash and recycling, replace liners, and ensure waste areas remain neat and properly maintained

Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies, including soap, paper towels, and paper products, as needed

Clean high-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, and shared equipment to maintain sanitation standards

Operate basic cleaning equipment safely and properly, including vacuums, mops, and other janitorial tools

Complete all assigned tasks within the scheduled shift while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards

Report any maintenance issues, supply shortages, or facility concerns to supervisors in a timely manner

QualificationsMust be at least 18 years of age

Valid driver's license required

Reliable transportation with current auto insurance

Ability to work independently, stay organized, and remain productive without direct supervision

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

Commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is helpful but not required; training is provided
