We are looking for a Patient Experience Coordinator to begin in mid-to-late April who is the perfect blend of a "Director of First Impressions" and a "Logistics Ninja."
The Role
You are the heartbeat of our clinic. You’ll manage the flow of the day, ensuring our patients feel seen and cared for from the moment they walk in until they schedule their next visit.
Your Day-to-Day:
- The Warm Welcome: Greeting and checking in patients with a genuine smile.
- The Schedule Master: Managing appointments and keeping the flow steady (and enforcing policies with a kind but firm touch).
- The Communicator: Answering phones and assisting patients with needs.
- The Front-End Billing Coordinator: Collecting cost-shares and fees, answering patient questions about insurance.
- The Office Pro: Handling essential tasks like scanning, filing, and assisting with creative marketing projects.

Qualifications:
- Required: High School Diploma (or higher).
- Preferred: 1+ years of experience working with health insurance.
- Bonus Points: Bilingual skills (Spanish, Portuguese, or Russian) are a huge plus!
