The Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized Medical Office Manager to oversee daily clinic operations and support our providers and administrative team. This role is essential to ensuring efficient workflows and a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily front-office and administrative operations
Lead, train, and support administrative staff
Manage scheduling, patient flow, and office procedures
Collaborate with providers to support clinic operations
Maintain a welcoming, organized, patient-focused environment
Assist with billing, insurance, and compliance processes as needed

Qualifications

Experience in medical office management or healthcare administration
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of medical office workflows and insurance processes
Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
Specialty clinic or pain management experience is a plus
