- Oversee daily operations of home care services to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of caregivers to deliver compassionate and personalized care.
- Conduct assessments to develop tailored care plans that meet clients' needs.
- Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage and support.
- Back up Caregiver when required to fill shifts.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all client interactions and care services.
- Implement training programs to enhance caregiver skills and promote best practices in home care.
- Proven experience in home care management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices in home care.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Proficient in using care management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Experience as a HHA or CNA background very helpful.
