- Mostly Hematology but may need to see solid tumors*

- Epic*
- Board Certification:
- Board Certified*
- Travel: *
- Hospital will cover*
- Credentialing timeline:
- 30-60 days *
- Requirements:
- Board Certified* *
- BLS, ACLS* *
- MT State License or IMLC* *
- MT DEA or willing to transfer*
