Job Description

Medical Phone Bank Representative

Tulsa, OK | Full-Time | MondayFridayPay: $15/hour DOE

We are currently seeking a dependable and professional Medical Phone Bank Representative to join a busy healthcare team in Tulsa. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping patients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to grow with a company that values hard work and promotes from within.

Responsibilities

Answer high-volume incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
Direct calls to appropriate departments and staff
Assist patients with appointment verification and general questions
Verify insurance information and update patient records as needed
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
Document and relay messages appropriately
Support daily front office and administrative operations

Qualifications

Previous medical administrative or healthcare office experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology highly preferred
Strong multitasking and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Dependable attendance and punctuality are required
Professional demeanor with excellent phone etiquette
Basic computer proficiency required

Schedule & Compensation

Full-Time
Monday through Friday
$15/hour DOE
