Medical PhysicistLocation: AlaskaWhy Youll Love This Place
- Solo Physicist role with a tenured team of Physicians and staff supporting up to 30 patients a day on treatment
- Strong physician group that values physics input

- Serve as the on-site Medical Physicist for two Radiation Oncologists
- Own day-to-day physics operations and QA
- Partner with dosimetry on treatment plan quality and safety
- Support SBRT, and VMAT-based treatments
- Lead quality improvement and workflow optimization efforts
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and remote physics support
- Mentor and guide the clinical team
- ABR Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Physicist
- Strong hands-on clinical experience
- Comfortable being the go-to physics lead
- Experience with Varian platforms and Eclipse/ARIA
- Quality-focused, detail-oriented, collaborative
- Strong communication skills and a desire to be a part of a collaborative team environment
