Locations: St. Anthony & Rexburg Medical Clinics

Schedule: Four 10 hour shifts Mon - Friday | Rotating Saturday shift

Description

Grand Peaks is seeking a dependable and friendly Full Time Medical Receptionist to join our team at our St. Anthony and Rexburg medical clinics. This position works four 10 hour shifts each week and requires flexibility to work at either clinic location as needed. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and dedicated to creating a welcoming experience for every patient in a fast paced clinical environment. This role is an important part of our care team, supporting both patients and providers to ensure smooth clinic operations. Compensation is DOE. Full time employees are eligible for benefits, paid time off (PTO), and participation in our 401(k) retirement plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner

• Answer a multi line phone system and schedule appointments accurately

• Verify insurance information and collect co pays or payments

• Maintain and update electronic health records while ensuring patient confidentiality

• Communicate effectively with medical staff to support efficient clinic operations

• Provide outstanding customer service to patients and visitors

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in a medical office or customer service role preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

• Ability to work 10 hour shifts and rotate between clinic locations

• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and EMR systems preferred

• Dependable and interested in a long term opportunity
