- Welcome and register patients with professionalism and care
- Schedule appointments and manage front desk flow
- Answer calls and assist with inquiries
- Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation
- Support efficient, on-time exam operations
- 1–3 years of receptionist or customer service experience (medical preferred)
- Bilingual preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Comfort with computers and office systems
- Structured, predictable workflow (evaluation-based exams only—no treatment follow-up)
- No on-call responsibilities
