Job Description

Pay Rate: $20.49/hour + $4/hour PRN differential

Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive services to the Illinois Department of Corrections.

We are currently seeking a PRN Medical Records Clerk to join our team at Big Muddy River Correctional Center located in Ina, Illinois.

The Medical Records Clerk maintains offender health records, retrieves health records for scheduled appointments, files offender health data, initiates records for new or transferred intakes. They review health records for completeness, files records as required, prepares reports as needed and more.
