Medical Scheduler

Medical Scheduler Tulsa, OK $17–$18/hour | Contract-to-Hire | Full-Time, Onsite

System One is seeking a Scheduler for a client in Tulsa. This is a full-time, onsite role.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage appointments for multiple providers in a fast-paced environment

• Adjust schedules and reschedule appointments quickly and accurately when changes arise

• Coordinate effectively with providers, staff, and patients to ensure smooth scheduling operations

• Maintain accuracy and organization while managing multiple tasks at once

• Ensure all scheduling work is completed in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Previous scheduling experience required

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Dependable and motivated to see tasks through to completion
