We are looking for an experienced, talented, and compassionate Hospice Social Worker for a full-time 40-Hour position in Hingham and Weymouth areas, MA.
What will you be doing:
Compensation: 38/hr.-52/hr. based on experience and credentials
What we’re looking for in you:
- Current MA license in good standing
- Master of social work from an accredited program (MSW)
- 3 years + experience of social work experience
- Hospice work a plus
- Previous community health and medical health experience preferred
- In-depth knowledge of social service skills and resources
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to harmoniously interact with patients/clients, families and colleagues
- Handle pressure in various work environments and work in field
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Excellent organizational, flexibility and time management skills
- Keeping up to date with education, policies and procedures
- Flexibility for on call holiday and weekend rotation
