We are a growing medical supply retail store focused on providing excellent customer service and reliable medical products to our community. We are looking for a dependable and organized individual to help manage daily store operations and support the store manager.
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day store operations
- Manage and monitor inventory levels
- Order and restock medical supplies and products
- Work with insurance companies regarding claims, approvals, and paperwork
- Assist customers with product questions and purchases
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Ensure shelves and stock areas stay organized
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Help maintain smooth daily workflow of the store
- Support the store manager with operational tasks
Requirements
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in retail, medical supplies, healthcare administration, or inventory management preferred
- Basic computer and office software knowledge
- Experience dealing with insurance companies is a plus
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
