• Valid LPN license in good standing
• Proven experience in medical-surgical nursing or emergency care preferred
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to adapt quickly
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations
• Proficient in patient assessment, medication administration, and documentation

Nice to Have Skills:

• Pediatric or geriatric care experience
• BLS and ALS certifications
• Experience working in rural or critical access settings
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of LPN experience in hospital or clinical settings
• Current CPR certification
• Prior experience working on med-surg units or in emergency care environments

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, rotating as necessary
• Scrubs acceptable in any color
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, rural hospital setting
• Must be fully vaccinated or willing to comply with hospital vaccination policies
• Coverage for travel, licensure, and certifications as applicable
