We are seeking an experienced Medical Surgical Oncology Nurse to join our vibrant healthcare team. In this vital role, you will deliver high-quality patient care in a supportive environment, partnering with a dedicated team committed to excellence and continuous improvement. Active RN license and current BLS, ACLS certifications
Minimum of 1 year of recent medical surgical experience
Epic EMR experience required
Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and patient advocacy
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to adhere to strict safety and care protocols

Nice to Have:

Oncology Nursing Certification (OCN) preferred
Knowledge of cancer treatments and patient education
Experience with complex patient management and multi-disciplinary teams

Preferred Education & Experience:

Registered Nurse with a current, active state license
At least 1 year of recent experience in medical-surgical or oncology units
Familiarity with Epic electronic health records

Other Requirements:

No travel required; predominantly day shifts
Scrubs required: Navy blue
Shift: 5x8-hour days (08:00 - 16:30)
Patient ratio: 1:7
No call, float, or weekend shifts required
Valid certifications (ACLS, BLS, ONS/ONCC) are mandatory; OCN certification is a plus
Strict adherence to safety, infection control, and patient privacy standards
Licensing, certification, travel, and other applicable reimbursements are provided
