" Facility Department/Cost Center: Medical Unit: CC1001 " Role (RN, LPN, PCT, etc.): " Specialty: Med/Surg " Number of Openings: 1 " Shift: Days 7A - 7P " Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36hrs " Weekend Hours: Policy recommends all staff work at least 2 weekend shifts per month " Call Requirements: N/A " Required Certifications: BLS (must be AHA) " Years of Experience: 1yr minimum, 2yrs preferred " Float Requirements: per facility needs " Additional Notes:

" Number of Beds: 43 " Patient Ratios: 1:5 and 1:6 " Equipment: VS machine, bladder scanner, IV pumps, Thermal imaging, lifts, tube feeding pumps " EHR: Cerner " Supervisor: Manager Vickie Bessey, Assistant Manager Allison Herrera " Patient Population e.g. geriatric, adults >= 18 years of age
