COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Lab Manager (MT/MLS/CLS)
  • $140,000 - $180,000 Guaranteed Salary (DOE)
  • $10,000 Sign-on Bonus 
  • $5,000 Retention Bonus 
  • $2,500 Relocation Assistance
  • $6,000 CME Allowance

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Lab Manager (MT/MLS/CLS)
  • Lab Manager (MT, MLS or CLS)
  • Hands-on Lab Worker / Supervisor / Operations Manager
  • 17 - Inpatient Bed Hospital with Outpatient Clinic
  • Full-Time / On-site 
  • Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
  • Non-Profit Organization
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Lab Manager (MT/MLS/CLS)
  • Need Experience in Blood Bank and Microbiology
  • MT/MLS (ASCP) Registration or
  • Certification as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) by NCA or
  • MT (AMT)
