Looking for a full-time schedule that gives you more flexibility during the week? A hospital laboratory in the Kansas City area is seeking an experienced Medical Technologist (ASCP) for a consistent night schedule.
Position Highlights
- Full-time
- Night shift
- Thursday – Sunday
- Flexible 10-hour shifts
- Hospital Blood Bank experience strongly preferred
What You'll Do
- Perform laboratory testing and report results
- Handle Blood Bank and other clinical testing
- Perform quality control and troubleshoot issues
- Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies
- Support quality and process improvements
- Help train new laboratory staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related science
- ASCP, CLS (NCA), or qualifying categorical certification such as BB(ASCP), C(ASCP), I(ASCP), H(ASCP), or M(ASCP), or equivalent
- Hospital Blood Bank experience strongly preferred
