Position Details:
- Certification Requirement: ASCP/AMT certification as a generalist. Micro experience it is a plus but not required.
- Educational Background: Associates or Bachelors Degree in Science or equivalent.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in working across various benches, including Hemo, Micro, PCR, BB CVC, Blood Gases, and Cross-matching.
- Team Collaboration: A team player capable of seamlessly transitioning between different roles within the laboratory.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform routine maintenance.
