Job Description

Medical Technologist - Hematology (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

Perform hematology and other laboratory testing in accordance with established protocolsAnalyze and report results, notifying clinicians of abnormal findingsMaintain quality control, sample integrity, and accurate documentationOperate, calibrate, and troubleshoot lab equipment while ensuring regulatory compliance

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor"s degree in Biological, Chemical, or Physical Science (or equivalent)Hands-on hematology experience in a clinical laboratory settingStrong knowledge of laboratory procedures, safety standards, and regulations (OSHA, CAP, CLIA)Detail-oriented with strong communication, computer, and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills & Experience:

1+ year of clinical laboratory experienceASCP or AMT certification (or eligibility)

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AMPay Rate: $30-$35/hour
