Title: Medical Technologist – Hudson, FL

• Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
• Shifts: Nights, 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM (rotating weekends, on-call as scheduled)
• Compensation: $27.09 – $37.92/hr (based on experience)
• Differentials: +$2.50/hr (Nights) | +$2/hr (On-Call)
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Night Shift)
• Relocation: Case by case

Overview

We are hiring a Medical Technologist to join a clinical laboratory team in Hudson, FL. This role performs routine and stat testing across Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Hematology, ensuring accurate and timely results that directly impact patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic testing per established protocols and regulatory standards.

• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, performing troubleshooting as needed.

• Perform quality control and take corrective actions when necessary.

• Document patient results, controls, and calibrations accurately.

• Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to maintain compliance with CAP and other regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree required; Bachelor’s in Medical Technology preferred.

• Active Florida Medical Technologist license (or eligible at interview).

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Medical Technologist/MLS.
