Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician (MT / MLT / MLS)Location: Eureka Springs, Arkansas (Onsite)Work Type: Per Diem (No Guaranteed Hours)Positions: 1Hours: As Needed (12-Hour Shifts as required)The MT / MLT / MLS is responsible for performing a wide range of laboratory tests and procedures to support patient diagnosis and treatment. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a hospital lab setting.Must-Have Qualifications• MT / MLT / MLS Certification (ASCP or equivalent – Required)• Minimum 1–2+ years of laboratory experience• Strong skills in venipuncture and specimen handling• Knowledge of laboratory testing, QC, and maintenance procedures• Ability to operate and troubleshoot lab analyzersPreferred Qualifications• Experience in Blood Bank (Type, RH, Antibody Screen, Crossmatch)• Familiarity with Cerner EMR system• Experience in hematology, chemistry, coagulation, UA, and microbiology testingWork Environment• Hospital Laboratory Department• Onsite role in Eureka Springs, AR• Per diem / flexible coverage roleAdditional Requirements• Must follow Universal Precautions and infection control standards• Strong communication and teamwork skills• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts as needed• No set scrub color• Must comply with all clinical and regulatory standardsRecruiter Submission Template – Full Name: Degree / Certification with Institution and Completion Year:Do you hold MT / MLT / MLS certification (ASCP or equivalent)?
