Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology from an accredited institution.
- Certification as a Medical Technologist preferred.
- Registration with the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or equivalent is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.
- Excellent communication skills and dedication to patient-centered care.
