Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician (MT/MLT)Location: Avon, PASchedule: Day, Evening, or Night Shift

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician to join a reputable healthcare facility in Avon, Pennsylvania. This is a permanent, direct hire opportunity offering flexibility in shift selection, strong compensation, and an excellent relocation package.

Position Highlights:

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and complex laboratory testing across departments including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, blood bank, and urinalysis
Ensure accuracy and reliability of laboratory results
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
Adhere to quality control standards and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support patient care
Maintain accurate records and documentation

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field
ASCP or equivalent certification preferred (or eligibility required)
Prior clinical laboratory experience is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
