Job Summary

Schedule: Day/Eve - 36hrs per week; 12hr shifts based on the needs of the department Why YOU should be our next Med/Surg RN on 6 South:Magnet Designated with Distinction – only hospital in the state of Massachusetts with this honor!37 private bed medicine/telemetry teaching unitWill see a diverse adult population with acute and chronic conditions (asthma, COPD, renal disease, DKA, DVT, HTN, PE, sepsis – to name a few)Exposure to the latest technology including telemetry, Vocera, Epic and CVM (Constant Monitoring System)Competitive compensationMedical, dental, vision benefitsGenerous PTO packageTuition reimbursement

Qualifications

BSN required
Massachusetts Registered Nurse Licensure required
BLS and ACLS required
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Show evidence of the basic analytic thinking necessary to care for a group of patients
Ability to demonstrate observational skills and the ability to set priorities
Ability to adhere to all I.C.A.R.E. standards
