We are looking for a detail‑oriented, motivated Medicare Compliance Specialist to join our Compliance & Customer Service Team. This is a great entry‑level opportunity for candidates interested in healthcare compliance, insurance operations, or customer support. No prior Medicare experience required - we provide full training.

Role Overview
As a Medicare Compliance Specialist, you will help ensure that our Medicare agents and internal teams follow CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) rules and carrier guidelines. This role blends customer service, data tracking, communication, and compliance monitoring. You'll become a trusted resource for agents while helping maintain a compliant and ethical sales environment.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and eager to learn.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support Medicare compliance operations in accordance with CMS and insurance carrier requirements
- Assist with onboarding, education, and ongoing tracking of contracted Medicare agents and agencies
- Monitor agent licensing, certifications, AHIP, and annual CMS training completion
- Review agent marketing materials for CMS/carrier compliance
- Track and help investigate agent complaints, compliance issues, or potential violations
- Assist with corrective action plans and agent retraining
- Collect documentation for CMS/carrier audits
- Maintain procedures, policies, and agent communications
- Prepare required reporting and compliance documentation
- Stay up to date with CMS Marketing Guidelines and compliance updates (training provided!)
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for agents and internal leadership
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree preferred (all majors welcome)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of CMS Medicare rules is helpful but not required - we will train you!

Compensation
The general pay scale for this open position is $55,000 - $62,000. Pay for a selected candidate will be determined within the pay scale based on one or more of the following factors: candidate's experience, skill set, education level, and/or location.
