YOUR IMPACT AS A MEDICATION TECH:
You'll play a key role in delivering safe, compassionate, high‑quality care. In this role, you will:
- Administer medications and treatments under nursing direction
- Support residents with dignity, privacy, and respect
- Document medication administration and report condition changes
- Provide basic treatments (simple dressings, skin care, etc.)
- Assist residents with personal needs while promoting independence
- Complete additional delegated tasks from nursing leadership
Schedule:
- Full-time or part-time
- All shifts available- AM, PM, Swing, NOC
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Current Caregiver or CNA Certification
- Med Tech certification
- Strong communication skills with residents, families, and team members
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and assist with resident transfers
- Willingness and desire to work with senior residents
- A respectful, empathetic, and dependable approach to care
