Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing team in Arizona. This role blends hormone replacement therapy (HRT), aesthetic services, and advanced laser treatments in a high-quality, medically driven environment.Key Responsibilities

Provide and manage Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) treatment plans
Conduct Good Faith Exams (GFE) in accordance with Arizona regulations
Perform (or train to perform) aesthetic injectable treatments (e.g., neurotoxins, dermal fillers)
Deliver or oversee laser treatments following appropriate training and certification
Ensure all services are delivered in compliance with state regulations and medical protocols
Collaborate with supervising provider and clinical team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Arizona
Experience in aesthetics and/or injectables preferred, but not required
1-3 year working experience with injectables and laser treatments strongly preferred
Ability to complete the required 8-hour laser certification course (LSO) if not already certified
Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety and compliance

Compliance & Regulatory Requirements

Must adhere to Arizona medical regulations, including proper delegation and supervision for laser procedures
Laser treatments require oversight by a licensed provider (MD/DO/NP/PA) and appropriate certification
