Melissa & Doug Marketing Intern

What will you work on? As an Intern at Melissa & Doug, you will gain hands-on experience working with innovative teams and world‑class brands in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. You’ll be paired with a dedicated manager and mentor who will support your development, introduce you to the organization, and help you build the skills needed to succeed in your role.How will you create impact?

• Support social media campaigns, collaborating on internal briefings, brainstorms and concept development
• Support the Retail Store with marketing events, promotional material,  content creation and merchandising optimizations
• Prepare competitive audits of brands in our category, or outside of our categories for inspiration for marketing & product
• Help organize & plan the evolution of creative assets to reflect new positioning & campaign
• Provide support on day-to-day tasks to help drive team efficiency and business outcomes

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in Connecticut is $25 Per Hour. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
