Job Description

Cotton Electric Cooperative is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented individual to join our Member Service Department in our Walters or Duncan office! Work schedule is Monday- Friday, 8a- 5p.  

Key Responsibilities• Assist members with payments and account inquiries• Process transactions and balance cash drawers• Provide courteous, efficient customer service• Support team operations and administrative tasks
