Town & Country Credit Union is looking for a dynamic Member Services Manager to lead our teller teams across multiple branches in the Eastern Region. Whether you're currently leading a small team or looking to take the next step in your career, this is an opportunity to grow and lead at a greater level. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage teller line staff across multiple branches

Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management

Promote a positive work environment that reflects our values and service philosophy

Monitor branch traffic and adjust staffing levels to meet member needs

Serve as a mentor and resource for Member Service RepresentativesSupport cross-selling and relationship-building efforts in line with our Sales Cultivation PlanTrack and report on branch sales and service performance

Ensure compliance with operational procedures and security standards

Partner with the Regional Retail Manager on branch-wide initiatives and improvements

What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services or retail banking

At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Proven ability to lead a team and deliver excellent customer service

Solid organizational and problem-solving skills

Comfortable managing multiple locations and shifting priorities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems quickly
