Requirements:

Fluent in EnglishProficient reading and writing skillsComputer SkillsSpecial Skills:

Strong customer service skillsSales experienceFitness industry experienceResponsibilities:

Generate daily sales for both membership and personal trainingExecute guest registration process with sales conversion motivationGreet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the clubPlan and excute monthly sales specialsEngage in planning and attending community events for the purposes of sales generationCommunicate special events to members and guestsUtilize and generate results using VFP software for lead generation purposes (will train)Facilitate referral promotions and execute for resultsMaintain an atmosphere, which makes members feel welcomeFacilitate all member requests or forward to a managerMaintain professional disposition at all timesSell retail productsFacilitate payment of member services in accordance with company proceduresKnow club facility, services, and schedulesMaintain a clean and organized work areaAssist in all projects as delegated by club managementFollow all policies and procedures in the Employee HandbookOpening and closing dutiesMeetings:

Monthly or Weekly Department Meetings Employee Training Meetings

Job Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour, plus bonus and commission opportunity

Expected hours: 40 per week
