We are looking for a Sales Driver to join us at the entry level, with the explicit goal of grooming the right candidate for an Assistant Services Manager role based on performance.

The Role:

This is a SALES position. We are not looking for passive retail experience (folding clothes or scanning candles). We ARE looking for the "Gym Membership" sales mentality: someone who is driven to pitch, overcome objections, and close the sale while delivering high-end customer care.

What You Will Do:

• Drive Revenue: Your main metric is converting guests into members of our Healthy Lifestyle Program. You must be comfortable asking for the sale.

• Manage the Desk: You are the "Air Traffic Controller" of the spa-managing phones, complex scheduling (Zenoti), and checking clients in/out with efficiency.

• Earn Your Growth: We have a clear path for advancement. Prove you can sell and lead by example, and we will fast-track you to management.

Who You Are:

• Hand & Stone / Zenoti Pro: Previous experience working in a Hand & Stone or using Zenoti software is HIGHLY preferred. We want someone who can hit the ground running.

• A "Hunter": You have experience in active selling (Gym memberships, leasing, commissions), not just order taking.

• Professional: You understand that a top-rated spa requires punctuality, reliability, and a polished presentation.

• Thick Skinned: You don't let a "no" discourage you; you use it to find a better solution for the guest.

• Team Oriented: You want to work in an environment where everyone pulls their weight and success is shared.
